Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook & Teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
• Generate picking lists and coordinate outbound shipments.
• Prepare and process advanced shipment notices (ASN) for incoming goods.
• Conduct regular stock taking to ensure alignment.
• Handle invoicing processes and ensure timely financial settlement.
• Respond to customer enquiries and manage complaints.

Skills

Warehouse operations experience

Multi-lingual English & Korean

Familiarity with warehouse management systems
