Overview

WAREHOUSE COLLEAGUES NEEDED - Start Date 29 September 2025. Shift: 2pm - 10pm. Pay Rate: £14.80 per hour. Overtime available.

Siamo Recruitment are working in partnership with Asda CDC (Marsh Leys, Kempston) and we are currently recruiting for Warehouse Colleagues to work within a chilled environment.

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY THAT COULD LEAD TO A FULL TIME CONTRACT.

Shifts

Any 5 days out of 7. 40 hours per week - 2pm to 10pm. This will include weekends as part of the rota.

Role

• Picking and packing customer grocery orders using a voice pick system
• Decanting and scanning products to go into stock
• Loading and despatching
• Must be physically fit - some heavy lifting involved
• Role involves handling meat and alcohol in a chilled environment (0 to +5 degrees)

Requirements

• Previous experience is essential (6 months minimum in a similar environment)
• A positive and flexible attitude
• Self-motivated, always looking for the best in every situation
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
• Commitment to hit targets
• Ability to work in a target driven environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Attention to detail and able to work to a high level of accuracy whilst working quickly
