Qualifications

  • 3-7+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing improvement roles.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred).
  • Proficiency with WMS/LMS systems and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a Continuous Improvement roadmap.
  • Monitor operational metrics to track productivity and service levels.
  • Manage CI projects from assessment to implementation, ensuring timelines are met.
