Job description

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
- Maintain and optimise warehouse management and inventory systems
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accurate stock control
- Implement and monitor warehouse procedures for efficiency and safety
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and sales teams to meet customer demand
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Prepare operational reports and create fulfillment efficiency improvement initiatives

Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse, storage, or logistics management
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools and general computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Japanese or Korean language skills strongly preferred
