Full job description

As a Warehouse and fleet for DEAR Services, you will be responsible for safeguarding and managing inventory, vehicles, tools, and property maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Daily inspection of fleet vehicles for cleanliness and operational status
• Notify management timely of upcoming vehicle service needs
• Schedule vehicle services while keeping production needs in mind
• Manage parts inventory by issuing materials against valid POs and ensuring accurate recording
• Manage tool room inventory
• Manage building and grounds maintenance
• Clean and organize the warehouse at the end of each day
• Document all issues regarding materials, tools, and vehicles properly
• Daily update of vehicle operational status for management
• Update all vehicle maintenance in Geotab
• Possess basic skills in Google Sheets
