Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise labour and resource planning models across warehouse and transport operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with labour budgets.
• Analyse forecasts, monitor agency and overtime usage, and identify cost‑saving opportunities while supporting peak periods and operational changes.
• Collaborate with teams and maintain effective communication, aligning planning with service levels and budgets, and ensuring readiness and resilience.
• Drive continuous improvement and provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders through data‑driven solutions and operational reviews.

Position Details

This is a part‑time permanent position working any 3 or 4 days per week from 7. Start and finish times are 07:00 to 15:00 and 08:00 to 16:00. We are happy to consider applications for 3 days or 4 days per week.

Pay, benefits and more: We're looking to offer a salary of up to £34,500 pro rata, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts.
