Birmingham: The Harborne Hospital
Full time: Monday – Sunday 37.5 hours per week
Shift times: Flexible to work, long days, nights and weekends based on internal rotation.

Salary: competitive (DOE) plus 9% shift allowance
We’re looking for a Sister/Charge Nurse to join our Surgical Inpatients team at the Harborne Hospital.
The Harborne Hospital - part of HCA Healthcare UK is a brand new £100million, purpose built 50 bed, multi-speciality private hospital.
Located on the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham campus, the hospital has a deep clinical infrastructure, equipment and facilities and expert, experienced teams to deliver full clinical pathways across a mix of specialties and sub-specialties at all levels of complexity including Cardiology, Cancer and Complex Surgery.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated nurse with exceptional skills and knowledge in General surgery to assist in leading the way in the provision of outstanding patient care within HCA. The ward is a 12 bedded multi-speciality surgical ward, including GI, Gynae, orthopaedics, breast, spinal, liver, etc.
This role is both exciting and challenging; the skills required are both based on an experience of managing this specialist patient group but also utilizing a strong evidence base.
The charge nurse will work with the manager and matron to deliver high quality and innovative nursing practice in line with HCA mission and vision, national guidelines and standards.
