A dedicated support service firm in Holmfirth is looking for a Waking Night - Support Worker to aid young individuals aged 7-18. Responsibilities include building positive relationships, contributing to care plans, and supporting daily activities. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. Benefits include overtime pay, annual leave, and potential bonuses. Ideal candidates should possess the ability to manage challenging behaviours, be over 21 years old, and have a full UK driving licence.

We welcome applications from people who have previous experience in a childrens residential setting or similar role
People who have the ability to interact with young people and manage challenging behaviours calmly
The ability to work independently, manage risk and use their initiative
A full UK driving licence
You must also be over 21 years of age to meet industry regulations
Level 3 / 4 Diploma in Childrens & Young Peoples workforce would be great although this is not essential
Flexibility to work shifts including weekends - our shifts are 22 : 30pm 8 : 00am with 4 nights on 4 nights off rotation.
