Overview

Looking to change your job then come and work for The Ordinary Life Project Association (OLPA) an innovative, dynamic and vibrant Wiltshire-based charity providing a range of housing and support options for people with Learning Disabilities and / or mental illnesses.

Position

Waking Night Support Worker – Full or Part Time

Role

You will be a key member of the team providing high standards of person centred care to the people we support. Interacting and communicating with the people we support in a way that promotes dignity and respect at all times.

No experience is necessary as OLPA will offer a comprehensive induction package incorporating the Care Certificate, all mandatory training and Diploma as well as a wide variety of in-house and external training with commitment and support for ongoing training.

Working Conditions

Flexible work shifts, including some weekends, bank holidays and evenings/nights, working within a 24/7 rota.
