We’re looking for a calm, caring, and attentive Waking Night Support Worker to support a gentleman in his 60s who lives independently in his own home in Acle, Norfolk.
He requires full overnight support to ensure he remains comfortable, safe, and well throughout the night. This is a waking night role where your presence and attentiveness are essential.

Although he doesn’t use words to communicate, he enjoys being spoken to and responds warmly with smiles, eye contact, and the occasional “yeah”. He engages well with visual choices and values calm, friendly interaction.

You’ll be supporting him 4 nights one week, 3 nights the next, covering Saturday and Sunday nights every other week. Availability for weekday training and induction is essential.
You don’t need previous care experience, we’ll provide full, paid training but you’ll need:
