Your Role:

As a Waiter/Waitress at Mr. Lau’s, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, delivering fast, friendly, and professional service. You’ll have great menu knowledge, make recommendations, and ensure every guest enjoys a top-class dining experience.

About You:

Customer-focused with a positive and friendly attitude

Passionate about great service and making guests feel welcome

A strong team player who works well in a fast-paced environment

Professional and well-mannered, both with guests and colleagues

Track record of delivering exceptional guest service in premium restaurants, hotels, or private member clubs.

Comfortable with high-volume service while maintaining quality, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Previous experience in venues with table service, wine knowledge, and a refined guest experience is strongly preferred.

Confident, polished, and service-driven — ideally with experience in Michelin-starred, AA Rosette, or internationally recognised establishments.

Capable of anticipating guest needs, upselling with discretion, and building rapport under pressure.

Proven front-of-house experience in high-end or fast-paced hospitality settings.
