Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to detail and an excellent guest experience.
  • Serve food and drinks with confidence, ensuring that all items are presented according to our high standards.
  • Assist with the set-up and breakdown of dining areas, ensuring the space is immaculate and ready for guests.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the menu and provide recommendations to guests when necessary.
  • Ensure all service areas are kept clean and well-organised throughout service.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver smooth, efficient service.
  • Handle guest enquiries and requests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
