Job summary

A healthcare charity in the United Kingdom seeks a practical and reliable volunteer for the Maintenance team. At Marie Curie were committed to creating a safe welcoming and well-maintained environment for our patients and their families. Were looking for a practical and reliable volunteer to support our Maintenance team in keeping the hospice in excellent conditionboth inside and out.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll contribute to the day‑to‑day upkeep of the building and grounds helping ensure the hospice remains a comfortable and functional space for everyone.

What you'll do
  • Assisting with general maintenance and minor repairs
  • Driving hospice vehicles for routine collections and errands
  • Moving furniture equipment supplies and stock
  • Supporting the team with other maintenance-related duties as needed
