A community service organization seeks a Volunteer IT Trainer to enhance the IT skills of users and staff. This remote role involves designing training sessions, assessing individual needs, and delivering support virtually through platforms like Zoom and Teams. Applicants should possess strong IT skills and experience in training. The position involves managing the training schedule and producing supporting materials, ensuring learners are well-equipped to use digital tools effectively.

Days: 1-3 days per week
The aim of this exciting new role is to support the people who use our services to gain the IT skills they need to engage with our services remotely and connect with their families, friends and community.
The Volunteer IT Trainer will also assist in upskilling staff, volunteers and peer mentors to ensure that our people have the digital skills they need.
Training and support will be delivered virtually to individuals and small groups of learners, equipping them with a working knowledge of Zoom, Teams, email and using the internet.
As a Volunteer IT Trainer, you will design and deliver a range of training sessions to the people who use our services and our staff and volunteers.
