Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a company secretary.
• Experience in working independently and with teams to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that BCI’s corporate entities are administered correctly.
• Liaising with the Director General & General Counsel to plan meetings.
• Taking minutes at Executive Committee meetings.
• Maintaining effective records and administration.
