Pianodrome has seen a growing interest in volunteering from people of all backgrounds. However, with limited staff capacity and infrastructure, we are not currently able to support this demand effectively. We often miss opportunities to engage people who could benefit most—especially those from harder‑to‑reach or marginalised groups. This role will enable us to recruit a wider and more diverse volunteer base and put in place systems to support and retain them, improve communication, offer personalised induction and support, and help volunteers find roles that are meaningful and rewarding to them. This will also allow us to match staff and volunteers more effectively, ensuring collaborative, well‑supported working relationships.
Please send your CV and a short cover letter (max one page) explaining why you’re interested in the role and how your experience matches the person specification to work@pianodrome.org by 10am on Monday 21st December 2025. Interviews are expected to take place the week of 12th January. If you need any adjustments or support in the application process, please ask.
The deadline is Monday 22 December 2025 at 17:00.
