Job summary

A local police authority is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join their Volunteer Police Cadet scheme as Unit Leaders. Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our Volunteer Police Cadet scheme as a Unit Leader. This is your chance to inspire the next generation while developing your own leadership and organisational skills. As a Unit Leader, you will lead and manage a local cadet unit, supporting young people and adult volunteer leaders. You'll ensure the welfare and development of everyone in your unit, while maintaining compliance with safeguarding and organisational standards.
