Job description

Your Role:

• Survey the void property and report on necessary repairs
• Undertake servicing, repairing, and maintenance of domestic heating systems, adhering to health & safety guidelines, operational procedures, gas safety regulations, and specifications
• Perform wet fitting responsibilities, including installations and repairs of domestic heating systems, radiators, and valves
• Participate in out-of-hours work, including overtime and call-outs
• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and safety
• Report work using your PDA
• Report accidents, near-misses, and potential hazards
• Handle additional maintenance tasks within your role
