  • Managing contractors, monitoring performance, and ensuring value for money.
  • Analysing performance data and driving continuous service improvement.
  • Working closely with tenancy, lettings, and asset management teams.
  • Managing budgets effectively and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Building positive relationships with residents, contractors, and stakeholders.

Voids Manager
Transform Croydon's voids service and deliver quality homes faster

Croydon is one of London's largest and most diverse boroughs, and our Housing Directorate is on a journey of transformation. Following our self-referral to the Regulator for Social Housing in 2021, we have made significant improvements, and in April 2025, the regulatory notice was formally lifted. Now we are building dedicated specialist teams to ensure our homes meet the highest standards and are ready for our residents without delay.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Voids Manager to lead our voids service. You will take operational responsibility for managing void repairs, overseeing contractors, and driving performance to ensure empty properties are turned around quickly, cost-effectively, and to an exceptional standard.

About the role:
