Job description

Location: Stoke-on-Trent (Office Based Role - 5 days per week)

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full time hours per week – Monday to Friday

Duration: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

What you’ll do
  • Providing support to the internal and external system users in person and / or virtually.
  • Providing second line support to the internal and external system users via ticket system.
  • Various Office IT process / project support.
  • Supporting on boarders into the business with initial laptop set up.
  • Manage the recovery of all returned devices and ensure accurate asset records are kept.
  • Perform hardware recycling activities.
  • Build and distribute devices.
  • Shared mailbox administration.
Who you are
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems
  • Strong understanding and experience of laptop and desktop hardware maintenance
  • Knowledge of Lenovo and Dell hardware
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodology in an operations environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience of working in a similar role
