Job Summary:

We are looking for ahighly articulate and proactive Virtual Assistantto manage incoming and outgoing calls, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve client queries efficiently. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, well-organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly through phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide information about products, services, or policies as needed.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist with basic administrative tasks.
  • Document and track customer interactions and feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent spoken and written English; clear, confident, and engaging phone presence.
  • Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or virtual assistant role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
