Job Summary:
We are looking for ahighly articulate and proactive Virtual Assistantto manage incoming and outgoing calls, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve client queries efficiently. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, well-organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly through phone, email, or chat.
- Provide information about products, services, or policies as needed.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist with basic administrative tasks.
- Document and track customer interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

- Excellent spoken and written English; clear, confident, and engaging phone presence.
- Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or virtual assistant role.
