A respected and thriving independent estate agency in Orpington is looking for a confident and engaging Viewing Guide / Sales Negotiator. In this key client-facing role you’ll meet and greet potential home hunters, guide them through property viewings and help showcase homes to their best advantage. You’ll provide accurate information about each property and its surrounding area, leaving a lasting positive impression.

This position is ideal for someone local with a passion for property, strong community ties and excellent people skills. Previous experience in estate agency is preferred but not essential; the company is open to applicants with transferable skills and the right attitude.

The role is initially a maternity cover which may lead to a permanent role.
