As Vice Principal, you will work closely with the Principal to:

• Lead and inspire staff and students in living out the Catholic mission of the school.
• Drive school improvement through strategic leadership of teaching, learning, and pastoral care.
• Promote a culture of high expectations, inclusion, and achievement.
• Ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils.
• Strengthen partnerships with parents, parishes, and the wider community.
• Each Vice Principal will have a distinct portfolio of responsibilities, tailored to their strengths and experience, contributing to the overall leadership of the school.
