This is a high-impact role with strong exposure to the business, offering the opportunity to work closely with quantitative modelers and traders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The team is actively engaged in multiple strategic initiatives that leverage cutting-edge technologies to deliver innovative solutions to the business. As part of this role, you will have the chance to contribute to these forward-looking projects and help shape the next generation of tools.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Collaborating regularly with the quant modelling team and front-office traders to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions
  • Designing, developing, and integrating new pricing tools and systems to support trading activities
  • Identifying and resolving production issues—including but not limited to pricing, performance, and system reliability—to ensure smooth operation of front-office tools and systems
  • Continuously improving the robustness, efficiency, and maintainability of the codebase
  • Participating in an overnight support rota, providing coverage for critical systems outside of standard business hours
Work Experience

  • Direct exposure to trading floor environments, with a history of working closely with traders and quantitative analysts to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Hands-on experience with derivative products across one or more asset classes (e.g., equities, fixed income, FX, commodities), with a solid understanding of pricing and risk concepts
  • We also welcome candidates that don’t have a traditional IT-Quant background provided they have built and supported high-reliability systems in critical domains such as aerospace, energy, healthcare, or at leading technology firms, and can demonstrate an interest in transitioning into financial markets and quantitative development.
Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience developing front-office applications using C#
  • Strong understanding of pricing theory and financial engineering
