This role involves leading product and game operations, driving performance, and mentoring high-performing teams worldwide. We are looking for an exceptional Vice President of Games and Product to lead and grow our market‑leading portfolio of top‑grossing social casino titles. This is a pivotal role at Product Madness, reporting directly to the Head of Product Madness, with responsibility for driving the performance of six global apps and guiding talented teams across Europe and North America. The ideal candidate will join the Product Madness Senior Leadership Team and bring deep industry expertise. They have a player‑first product attitude and proven skill in complex, matrixed environments. They will be a strategic leader with commercial acumen, operational excellence, and the ability to inspire creativity, innovation, and accountability across diverse teams.
