KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations (kitchen & service)

  • Ensure food quality, service standards, and customer experience

  • Improve and standardize operational processes

2. Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and manage staff

  • Build a positive, responsible, and heart-led working culture

  • Evaluate performance and optimize staff scheduling

3. Business Growth

  • Support revenue growth strategies and new initiatives

  • Develop seasonal menus, promotions, and special events

  • Handle group bookings, catering, and partnerships

4. Brand & Marketing Support

  • Work with the marketing team to strengthen Moon Chay’s brand

  • Maintain brand values: vegetarian – healthy – mindful – healing

  • Represent Moon Chay in events and collaborations

5. Financial & Cost Control

  • Monitor operating costs and optimize expenses

  • Track revenue performance and suggest improvements

  • Support budgeting and reporting to Director

6. Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and legal compliance

  • Maintain high service and operational standards

REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in restaurant / hospitality management

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Business-minded, hands-on, and responsible

  • Passion for vegetarian food or healthy lifestyle is a plus
