We’re now looking for a detail-driven and highly organised Vetting Administrator to join our compliance and security team, ensuring our people and projects remain safe, compliant and ready for success.

If you’re meticulous, confident handling sensitive information and thrive in a role where accuracy matters, we’d love to hear from you.

Who we are :

At Morson Praxis, we’re more than just a consultancy, we’re a team of innovators, problem-solvers and technical specialists who turn complex challenges into tangible results. As part of the wider Morson Group, we combine the agility of a dedicated engineering consultancy with the strength and stability of one of the UK’s leading technical and recruitment organisations.

Our compliance and security team plays a critical role in enabling our people to work on secure, regulated and sensitive programmes. You’ll join a collaborative, trusted function where confidentiality, precision and professionalism are paramount and where your contribution directly supports our ability to deliver.

Join us, and you’ll be part of a culture that values curiosity, continuous improvement and collaboration, a place where your development matters and your contributions genuinely make a difference.

What You’ll Do

As a Vetting Administrator, you will coordinate and administer personnel vetting activities across the business, ensuring compliance, accuracy and timely onboarding. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Reviewing and approving pre-vetting checks (BPSS) through Morson Comply for new starters and project-specific requirements
  • Setting up and managing NSV (National Security Vetting) applications via the NSV portal
  • Acting as a key contact for vetting enquiries and supporting new starters through the NSV process
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with the strictest discretion and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Uploading vetting documentation to our internal system and maintaining accurate, up-to-date clearance records
  • Monitoring clearance statuses and managing renewal cycles where necessary
  • Ensuring personnel security processes and governance are adhered to at all times
  • Assisting with audits, compliance checks and aftercare activities related to security clearances
  • Closing NSV records for leavers and ensuring appropriate offboarding documentation
  • Escalating personnel security issues to the Personnel Security Controller when required
What We’re Looking For
  • Must hold British nationality (due to the nature of the work and being required to be at least SC cleared)
  • Strong administrative experience, ideally within a secure, regulated or compliance-focused environment
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive information appropriately
  • Excellent organisation skills and confidence managing multiple workflows
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach
  • Ability to work effectively with HR, compliance, project teams and external stakeholders
