We're seeking a dedicated Sole Charge Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly team at Cockfosters Vet Surgery, part of the Wood Street Veterinary Group.

We are a 5-branch group with a main hospital in Barnet, equipped with digital x-ray, endoscopy, ultrasound, dental x-ray, and more. We perform various surgeries, including some orthopaedic. Our main hospital is conveniently located, just 15-20 minutes from all branches, with a large, collaborative team sharing branch workloads. Easy access to London, with parking available.

The Role

  • Sole charge position - lead clinical decisions and case management
  • A mix of consultations and surgeries, providing a varied caseload
  • 4-5 day workweek, no OOH, no Sundays, no bank holidays
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays, working with experienced support staff
