A well-established veterinary practice in Leighton Buzzard to find a dedicated and passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for both full-time and part-time applicants, with a flexible rota that offers a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality veterinary care to a varied caseload of patients.
• Deliver consultations, diagnostics, and treatment plans in a supportive and compassionate environment.
• Occasionally take sole charge responsibility with full support from a skilled team.
• Weekend shifts on a 1-in-3 rota, with time off during the week to ensure a good work-life balance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote the practices commitment to excellent patient care and customer service.

Qualifications & Experience:

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for providing outstanding veterinary care.
• Ability to work well both as part of a team and independently.
• Previous experience in a veterinary practice is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
