An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Veterinary Physiotherapist to join a respected practice in Monmouthshire. This role offers the chance to take ownership of a varied caseload, providing hands-on physiotherapy and tailored rehabilitation plans while working alongside a supportive team of vets, nurses, and hydrotherapists.

Excellent location with easy access to the Wye Valley, Brecon Beacons, Bristol, and Cardiff, Newport
Carry out thorough physiotherapy assessments and create tailored treatment programmes
Deliver hands-on therapies such as massage, stretching, joint mobilisation, and, where applicable, therapeutic ultrasound or TENS
Work closely with hydrotherapists and veterinary colleagues to provide seamless rehabilitation care
Maintain accurate patient and client records, liaising with referring vets as needed
Educate and support owners on home exercise regimes and post-treatment care
Contribute to clinical development and CPD sessions where appropriate
Degree or postgraduate qualification in Veterinary Physiotherapy (NAVP, IRVAP, or RAMP registered)
Confident working with small animals across a range of conditions
Strong communicator with the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Hydrotherapy certification (desirable but not essential)
