The Role

You’ll be joining a supportive, well-organised practice where nurses are trusted, valued, and used properly. This is a hands‑on role covering clinical nursing, theatre, inpatient care, and nurse consults — without being stretched thin.

The rota is fair, predictable, and shared evenly across the team.

Rota Breakdown (Clear & Sensible)
  • Saturday surgeries: 9:00am – 3:00pm
    Shared basis, approximately 1 in 6

  • Nurse consult shift: 9:00am – 12:00pm
    Approximately 1 in 7

  • No on-call. No hidden extras. No nonsense.
