Location: Winchester
Pay Grade: Scale 6, £36,247.00 - £38,329.00 per annum which includes a £4000.00 market supplement. Plus overtime opportunities.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week (The hours of work are Monday to Friday (08.00 - 16.30 Monday to Thursday and Friday 08.00 - 16.00).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles. The Vehicle Technician should have a strong mechanical knowledge and excellent customer service skills to ensure internal customer satisfaction. The staff, officers and volunteers of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Police are here so that the people we serve, their families and our communities are safer. To deliver our quality public service, it is vital we can call upon our dynamic Police Fleet.
