Overview

Vehicle Technician (Level 3)

Salary: £31,800 - £38,300 (D.O.E) + Bonus & Paid Overtime

Location: Poole, Dorset

Hours: 42.5 hours (Monday - Friday 8:15am - 5:15pm, Saturday optional paid overtime)

Responsibilities
  • Working in a team to execute services and MOTs, carrying out repairs accurately, safely and quickly to minimise customer inconvenience.
  • Maintaining the brand image by offering an elite experience with detailed handovers to ensure standards are upheld.
  • Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations, keeping areas maintained and clear from hazards.
  • Completing all relevant documentation in line with HSO warranty and internal brand requirements.
  • Logging all details on job sheets to ensure invoices and bills are accurate.
  • Working to control costs where possible.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in a similar role is required.
  • Full driving licence is essential for test drives with customer vehicles.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, resolve issues, and hand back over with all vital information.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage own workload; work individually, in a team, and with other departments to ensure efficiency.
