This position offers a competitive base salary starting at £30k, with OTE of £45k.

Overview

Prestige Service Technician — Watford. Basic £30k+ DOE, OTE £45k. Permanent/Full Time. Monday - Friday (8am - 6pm) / 1 in 4 Saturdays (8.30am - 4pm).

Responsibilities

• Providing technical and diagnostic service, ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded.
• Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and ensuring compliance with manufacturer training.
• Upholding company and manufacturer quality standards.
• Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail.
• Communicating with the Service Reception and Workshop Control teams.
• Delivering good customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
