Qualifications

  • A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3.
  • Current experience as a Vehicle Technician is essential.
  • MOT license preferred but not essential.
  • Must have your own set of tools.
  • A full UK driving licence is required.

Our Client - Exeter

Join the team at Our Client's Peugeot Exeter site and become a valued Vehicle Technician. We are offering a basic salary between £29,200 and £36,440, depending on skills and experience.

Your role as a Vehicle Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. As a Prep Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on new and used vehicles. You will ensure that all PDIs are completed to the highest standards and in line with manufacturer guidelines. Working to agreed timeframes while maintaining high levels of productivity and delivering excellent customer service will be key to your success. Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.

Responsibilities
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on new and used vehicles in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Ensure PDIs are completed to the highest standards within agreed timeframes.
