Job description
Overview

We\'re currently collaborating with one of the most well-established automotive main dealers in the Midlands, who are looking for all levels of Vehicle Technicians to join their high-pace, high-performance dealership based in Leicester.

Vehicle Technicians play a crucial role in the dealership, carrying out vital repair and maintenance to all vehicles that come into the workshop. This includes routine maintenance, MOT tests (if qualified), electrical/hydraulic fault diagnosis, warranty approved work and safety/performance checks.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance on vehicles to the required standard
  • Perform MOT tests where qualified
  • Conduct electrical and hydraulic fault diagnosis
  • Complete warranty approved work and safety/performance checks
  • Maintain accurate diagnostics, repair records and communicate with colleagues and customers as needed
Qualifications
  • NVQ/C&G Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (essential)
  • Strong understanding of routine mechanical repairs and servicing
  • Ability to work under pressure to given timescales
  • Highly motivated with an excellent level of presentation skills
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence (essential)
