A leading automotive service provider in Port Talbot is seeking a Vehicle Service Technician. In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction while delivering vehicle services including tyre fitting and maintenance. Ideal candidates should have mechanical experience, customer service skills, and a valid UK driving licence. The position offers ongoing training and development within a respected company.

• Demonstrable experience of working in a similar Technician role.
• Full & Valid UK Driving Licence.

• Delivering core fast fit products and services including tyre fitting.
• Assisting with the delivery of Service, Maintenance & Repair targets.
• Providing guidance and support to customers.

Responsibilities

• Delivering the core fast fit products and services, including tyre fitting, wheel alignment, battery fitment and more
• Assisting our point of sale (POS) with the delivery of the Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) targets
• Demonstrating knowledge of our products and values
• Providing detailed guidance and support to our customers
• Following our Life Saving Rules, ensuring Health & Safety in everything that we do

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience of working in a similar Technician role (Mechanic/Vehicle Technician etc.)
• Customer service experience
• IMI level 2 Qualification (or above) is desirable
• Full & Valid UK Driving Licence
