We're seeking experienced Vehicle Mechanic Assessors to join our team! This is a permanent UK-based role (location flexible) offering excellent salary, pension, car allowance, and enhanced leave.

The Role

As a Flexible Apprenticeship Delivery Support Specialist, you won't carry your own learner caseload but will provide targeted support where it's needed most - ensuring continuity, quality, and learner success across our programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide flexible support during absences or high-demand periods.
  • Rapidly assist learners without an allocated coach to maintain progress.
  • Schedule and conduct learner progress reviews, ensuring all documentation meets standards.
  • Deliver coaching, workshops, and assessments to help learners achieve their full potential.
  • Monitor learner progression and provide actionable feedback.
  • Support onboarding and mentoring of new/unqualified coaches.
  • Collaborate across teams to maintain compliance with ESFA, Ofsted, and awarding body standards.
What We're Looking For
  • Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement.
