• Full driving licence with no more than 9 points.
• Experience providing excellent face-to-face customer service.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Ideally some experience in an Autocentre environment.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and delivering customer vehicles before and after service.
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring vehicles are valeted to a high standard.
• Assisting the team in delivering a seamless customer experience.

Skills
