Job summary

A leading automotive recruitment agency in Chester is looking for a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) / Estimator. This role offers a salary of £40,000 per year, with bonuses resulting in £46K OTE. You will work Monday to Friday in a collaborative, supportive team to handle bodyshop and insurance company interactions. Previous experience and relevant qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous working experience as a Bodyshop Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor.
• Essential full driving licence required.
• ATA qualification is advantageous.

• Liaising with Bodyshop and Insurance companies.
• Recording a list of damages that need to be repaired.
• Providing quotations on work to be carried out.

Overview

Our Client based in Chester requires a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) / Estimator to join their team.

The successful Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator will be working within a growing Automotive Accident Repair Centre.

Duties

• Liaising with Bodyshop and Insurance companies
• Will be recording a list of damages that need to be repaired
• Providing quotations on work to be carried out
• Calculating the time required to complete the repairs

Requirements

• Have previous working experience as a Bodyshop Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor
• NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent Qualification
• Be experienced in using Audatex or Glassmatix
• A full driving licence is Essential
• An ATA qualification will aid your application to this position.

For your hard work our client is offering a salary of £40,000.

Hours of work in this Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) role are Monday to Friday – no weekends!
