THE EMPLOYER IS: PORTADOWN CARES LIMITEDThe participant will carry out van driving responsibilities with a focus on safe furniture handling, transportation and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Collections and deliveries across the local area.
• Load and unload furniture and other donated items safely and efficiently.
• Assist with the movement and display of furniture and goods within the shop floor and storage areas.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks.
• Support other team members with manual handling and logistics.
• Follow all health and safety, safeguarding and confidentiality procedures.
• Represent Portadown Cares in a professional manner at all times.

Skills and Qualifications

• Full clean driving licence.
• Ability to lift and move goods safely. Please note some heavy lifting may be required.
