Continous Improvement Engineer Location: West Yorkshire (site-based) Salary: £35-40k
A well-established manufacturing organisation operating in a highly regulated manufacturing environment is looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to support and drive continuous improvement across a core production area.
This role sits within operations and focuses on improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while developing people and embedding a strong continuous improvement culture.
You will work closely with production and support teams to identify inefficiencies, lead improvement activities, and ensure changes are practical, compliant, and sustained.
Key responsibilities include:
You are a hands-on improvement professional who enjoys working on the shop floor and partnering with operational teams. This role may be suitable for any one who has previously worked as a quality/manufacturing/process/production engineer.
