Job description
Overview

Our client is a multidisciplinary consultancy, specialising in the management of real estate across the globe. With offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow, they have identified a requirement for a senior level valuation surveyor, to manage their existing portfolio of clients in central Scotland.

Responsibilities
  • Your role will be to carry out valuation instructions efficiently and with a high degree of independence within the context of the wider Valuation Team. This will include the preparation of concise, and accurate valuation reports ready for Director review and sign-off.
  • Day to day, you will be expected to collaborate with valuation colleagues and to assume personal responsibility for valuation instructions.
  • To identify opportunities to grow the Scottish Valuation business.
  • To collaborate openly with colleagues across the business to realise new business opportunities.

Experience & Qualifications Required
  • RICS qualification (FRICS/MRICS)
  • RICS Registered Valuer
  • A good working knowledge of the RICS Red Book and relevant guidance notes.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 software
  • Proficiency in using valuation software, ideally including KEL and Argus Developer, although training in these applications can be provided where required
