Job summary

A leading digital consultancy in Greater London is seeking a hands-on UX Designer with expertise in SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Pages. The ideal candidate should have a solid portfolio showcasing their enterprise-level UX work and experience in information architecture. You will redesign and optimize the user experiences, document reusable patterns, and ensure brand guidelines are effectively translated. This hybrid role offers competitive compensation and an initial contract of 3 months.

Qualifications

UX Designer - SharePoint, Power Apps & Power Pages

Are you a hands on UX Designer who knows how to elevate internal digital experiences across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem? We're looking for someone who can blend UX craft, design systems thinking, and deep Microsoft platform knowledge to transform how colleagues interact with intranets, portals and internal apps.

This will be :-

• Hybrid London, 3 days a week; Inside IR35
• Circa #removed#+ per day
• 3 Months initially

What you'll work on

• Redesign and optimise UX across Modern SharePoint sites, Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Pages.
• Lead discovery, IA, navigation improvements, usability optimisation and interaction design.
• Create and document reusable UX patterns for makers and developers (search, lists/details, dashboards, approvals, error states).
• Translate brand guidelines into scalable themes, typography, icons and states across M365 surfaces.

What we're looking for

• Strong portfolio of enterprise/B2E UX across SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Pages.
• Solid SharePoint Information Architecture (hubs, site hierarchy, metadata, navigation, Viva Connections).
• Power Apps UX design experience: responsive layouts, modern controls, Power Fx patterns, state management.
• Experience building or contributing to design systems (tokens, components, usage guidance, version control).
