Overview

The User Research Analyst will support the Oracle HCM programme by gathering, analysing, and presenting data-driven insights to inform decision-making. You will undertake user research activities to ensure the programme’s design, configuration, and rollout are aligned with user needs and business objectives. Working closely with design and delivery teams, you will apply User Research methodologies to promote an evidence-based, user-centred approach that shapes design decisions and guides prioritisation. This role provides an opportunity to build skills across analytics, user research, and digital transformation in a large-scale enterprise system environment.

Responsibilities
