Overview

Calling all aspiring sales managers! We are working with the prestige dealership in Manchester who require an excellent used car sales manager to pull the whole operation together and deliver results over a sustained period. The business currently employs a handful of sales executives plus two business managers and now they seek an external candidate to come in and lead this department that retails 2000 units per annum. The business is due some exciting developments which will double the sales team and sales figures over the next few years.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the used car sales department to deliver sustained results.
  • Engage with staff, demonstrate real leadership, and get the very best out of the team.
  • Provide operational management including manufacturer contact, audits, budget and forecasting.
  • Collaborate to support growth from 2000 units per annum toward the planned expansion of the team and sales figures over the next few years.
Qualifications

  • Ability to get to grips with demanding brand standards.
  • Experience in a senior sales management role; suitable for candidates at GSM level within a busy department.
