• Mid-grade training position intended for specialist registrars or post-SPR level.

• Ability to provide educational supervision to junior medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform core and specialist urological surgical procedures.
• Conduct outpatient clinics at Colchester Hospital or peripheral sites.
• Carry out diagnostic day case procedures including flexible cystoscopy.
• Contribute to clinical audit activity and governance initiatives.
• Participate in weekly MDT meetings.
