  • Track capital expenditure and manage invoice processing.

Role Summary

This role will be based in URBN's Peterborough fulfilment centre, a state-of-the-art facility where technology, logistics, and precision meet to create an efficient, seamless experience for our customers. It will be reporting into the Logistics Finance Business Partner and will work as part of the Supply Chain Finance team to uncover insights that drive smarter decisions, identify areas for improvement, and shape the future of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • PO tracking & approval submission
  • Invoice coding & payment run processing
  • Preparing and processing monthly accruals and prepayments
  • Supporting in month end processes
  • Completion of balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assisting with financial reporting and analysis
  • Capex spend tracking & invoice processing
What You'll Need

  • Currently studying or with plans to study relevant accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA/AAT)
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Ambitious and driven, with a desire to grow with the business
  • Attention to detail
  • Work well within a team
