Unqualified General Teacher – Walsall

Location: Walsall

Start: ASAP

Contract: Full-time or Part-time

Salary: £90–£130 per day (PAYE)

We’re supporting a group of Walsall secondary schools looking for reliable, confident and adaptable unqualified teachers to step into general cover roles. If you enjoy working with young people, can keep a classroom calm and purposeful, and want to develop your experience in education, this could be a strong fit.

What the role involves:
  • Supervising pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
  • Maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Managing behaviour and keeping students on task
  • Working with staff to ensure smooth transitions between lessons
  • Supporting the school day where needed
