Unqualified English Supervisor – Secondary Schools (South Bristol & Somerset)
Pay: £13.75–£14.50 per hour

Protocol Education is recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across South Bristol and Somerset. This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re considering a career in teaching, want to gain practical experience in schools, or simply enjoy working with young people and want flexible, rewarding work.
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into lessons when teachers are absent, delivering pre-prepared English work and ensuring pupils remain on task. You don’t need to be a qualified teacher — what matters is confidence, strong communication, and the ability to manage a classroom with energy and authority.
You’ll gain valuable, hands-on classroom experience, working in a variety of schools. For those considering teacher training in the future, this is one of the best stepping stones you can take.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
